The Sellaronda MTB CLOCKWISE and ANTICLOCKWISE tours have no set starting points as they are circular circuits. All 4 valleys feature a BOOKING and INFO centre, MTB SCHOOLS and GUIDES and RENTAL SERVICES. You can start wherever it suits you – in Alta Badia, Arabba, Val di Fassa or Val Gardena.
The Super Summer Card is valid on Sellaronda MTB facilities. It's a non-transferrable card valid for more than one trip and includes bike transport.

The clockwise Sellaronda MTB Tour doesn't feature that many uphill metres of elevation gain due to the use of uphill facilities that allow mountain bike transport. There are numerous trails dedicated to downhill biking which require intermediate and technical preparation. The duration varies based on your MTB skills: from a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 9 hours including a lunch break.
The anticlockwise Sellaronda MTB Tour features a total elevation gain of 1,020 m ranging from single trails to white roads. An ideal trail for whoever loves biking uphill and downhill with or without an e-bike. The duration varies based on your MTB skills: from a minimum of 6 to a maximum of 9 hours including a lunch break.
Trails, paths, and forest roads range from S1 to S2 levels.
If you're unsure about your MTB skills, we recommend you take a short technical course or an orienteering tour at one of the MTB schools or with one of the guides who'll be able to help you out.

The SELLARONDA MTB TOUR can be done with a front mountain bike (only front damper). We strongly advise using a fully mountain bike considering the technicality of the downhill stretches.
There is no specific e-bike TOUR, but both the clockwise and anticlockwise TOUR can be easily done with an e-bike. However, we still recommend you have a good riding technique.
The four valleys - Alta Badia, Arabba, Val di Fassa and Val Gardena, have mountain bike shops and rentals, which also feature MTB repair and maintenance services.
Biking or mountain biking clothing. A windbreaker or rain jacket is also recommended.
Using an appropriate MTB helmet is also recommended and, based on individual riding skills and further protective gear.
Bear in mind that you'll often be biking at above 2,000 m a.s.l. The atmospheric temperature range from early morning to early afternoon can quickly change based on the season and weather.
